RollUp Haulers are local members of your community that have been screened and
have successfully passed a criminal background check. Safety and customer
service are two attributes we pride ourselves on.
Once you post your job, including your budget and window for pickup, RollUp will
pair you with local Haulers that match your criteria. You can view your Hauler's
profile and rating before finally confirming your Haul.
RollUp offers an in-app messaging feature in order to deconflict any details.
RollUp Haulers are required to upload a photo of the completed job. We
additionally encourage Customers to be present during the junk removal pickup
window.
Yes, our app lets you tip your Hauler
RollUp provides customers with suggested industry standard pricing based on
their item's category before their jobs are posted. The minimum price of a job
is $25, but the RollUp app allows you as a Hauler to provide counteroffers and
justification (i.e. dump fee, distance, ect). Haulers additionally keep 100% of
their tips!
It's up to you whether you repurpose items to resell for extra cash or dispose
of them properly.
You can manage your earnings via the 3rd party Stripe dashboard. Here you can
set earning goals and setup how you are paid.
Get started by downloading the RollUp app and create a Hauler account
Complete the sign-up process, including:
1. Driver's License & auto insurance verification
2. Paying for and passing a background check
3. Wait approximately 72 hours for approval
Then you are ready to start Hauling!
Operating as an independent contractor, you’ll choose which jobs are right for
you. Haulers can choose which items you would like to haul, from utilities to
furniture and vehicles. You decide your schedule—there’s no contract or minimum
hour requirement.
The main tasks of the job are choosing which RollUp jobs to take, showing up to
the RollUp customer location(s) and loading the items before either properly
disposing of them or repurposing them. You’ll also be empowered to communicate
through the use of the in-app chat feature.
Once you’re approved on the platform as a Hauler, view the Haul jobs that are
available in your area. You’re the boss! Select jobs that align with your
abilities and schedule, and work as much or as little as you’d like.
Whether you have a truck, an SUV, or even a sedan, you can join as a RollUp
Hauler. Ultimately, if you can handle the job, you can haul it.
RollUp will show you jobs nearest you based on the items that you want to haul
(ex: appliances, furniture, vehicles, ect).
