Get Started
Go ahead and select whether you are a customer or a hauler, no worries once you make an account it works for both! So pick for your need now. If you're here to post a job just click on post your job to get started
Create Your Job Then Set Your Price
Fill out the details for your move. Tap the camera icons to upload photos, one photo per box. You can upload from your gallery or take a new picture. Once you finish, post your job and wait for a Hauler. If a Hauler accepts or sends a counteroffer, you'll get a notification. No response? Hang tight, Haulers usually respond quickly!
Get Matched & Chat
Once you accept an offer or just confirm payment on a hauler that has accepted your original offer, you will have the option to chat with the hauler in charge of your posting through the app to communicate.
All Done!
Once your hauler completes the job go back to your posting and you’ll have the opportunity to review your hauler and show your gratitude with a tip if you would like! Here you can also see a photo of the completed job as well. After that you’re all done and ready for your next job posting.
Get Started
Once you’ve created a profile you can take a look at nearby jobs in your area, filtering by job types or distance if you’d like. By default you should be able to see some listings near you, and if you’d like go ahead and click on one to either accept it or provide a counteroffer.
Connect Your Wallet
Navigate to the wallet tab below and press connect express. You will be directed to an external site where you will be directed to enter the necessary bank information to receive your payment. Don't skip this step. Once you've been paid, return here to withdraw your earnings directly to your bank.
Accept a Job
After selecting a job you can view the details and information of the job and accept or counteroffer accordingly. If you accept all you have to do is wait on the confirmation from the job poster, otherwise you will have to wait to see if your counteroffer is accepted or not.
Manage Your Jobs
After selecting a job and accepting it or having your counteroffer accepted you can track your active jobs in the jobs tab. Here you can begin to navigate to the job at the desired pickup time listed by the job description. Separately you can also choose to message with your customer through the inbox tab for your jobs.

After pressing to navigate from your jobs tab you’ll see an option to navigate towards pickup address A with the address listed at the top as well. Once you have reached the job address and you have completed the job go ahead and click the job is complete button.
Get Paid
After clicking complete job you can review your customer based on your interactions with them and also you will need to leave some form of comment review alongside a photo of your completed job, then you’re all done and ready to go for another job!
